Acts 1:8 Missions Team

This team exists to facilitate the connection between the church body and the missionaries and missions organizations it supports, so that all involved are encouraged and equipped in God’s call to be His witnesses in “Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Residing Hope

Residing Hope was established in 1908 as The Florida United Methodist Children’s Home and today it serves as a diverse ministry with two campuses that include residential, therapeutic group, foster, and emergency shelter care. The Home also provides independent living assistance and a community childcare center. Each month that has a fifth Sunday, we receive an offering to support the ministry of Residing Hope, and collect gift cards at Christmas to be distributed to the residents.
